The Irish postal service "AN POST" issued two Garda Síochána postage stamps this year to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Garda Síochána. The first was issued on February 18th together with 3 other stamps that marked the 75th anniversary of the Government, Defence Forces, and Judiciary. A second 75th Anniversary Garda stamp was issued on December 6th. Another Irish company "Telecom Éireann" also marked the 75th anniversary of the force by producing a special edition Telephone Callcard.
